Pastoral Insight:

Solomon gives guidance to his children in how they are to walk in life. His emphasis is centered on guarding their hearts and mind from the distractions around them. He urges them to temper their tongue’s because there is the power of creativity and destruction in its use.



Personal Reflection:

  • How can we be mindful in the interactions and encounters we face in our day?

  • What measures will we take to be intentional in our speech today?

  • What will we focus on to block out the distractions that seek to derail us from our goals?
