Introducing the New CBC: Growing in Purpose & Presence

At Community Baptist Church, we believe that growth doesn’t mean changing who we are—it means becoming more fully who God has called us to be.

That belief is what inspired this season of transformation. What you see and experience today—through our new website, refreshed visuals, and updated communications and digital presence, —is more than a rebrand. It’s a reflection of what God is doing in us, through us, and for those we’re called to reach.

Our theme for this launch is simple but powerful: Reimagined. Renewed. Reaching Farther. The New CBC: Growing in Purpose & Presence. Let’s take a moment to unpack what that means:

Reimagined

We’ve taken a fresh look at how we reflect our identity as a church. From the way we communicate to how we welcome others, our visual and audible updates—logo, colors, typography, images, design and new audio persona—are meant to express the heart of CBC: a warm, Christ-centered community, grounded in faith and open to all.

Renewed

Although we reimagined, we didn’t start from scratch. We built from the foundation of our history, drawing inspiration from the legacy that brought us here. Renewal isn’t about forgetting the past—it’s about embracing it while allowing God to breathe new life into it. Our renewed presence honors our traditions while leaning into the future with joy and confidence.

That presence shows up in how we gather, how we serve, and how we now communicate—with consistency, beauty, and clarity. From worship slides to printed bulletins, from email to signage, you’ll notice we’re more unified in how we show up—and that’s intentional.

Reaching Farther

Our mission has always been to share the love of Christ. Now, we’re equipped to reach even farther. Through a new website, digital tools, and refreshed communication channels—including email, social media, and screen content—we’re creating more opportunities for connection, growth, and outreach.

Whether you’re joining us in the sanctuary, visiting online for the first time, or finding faith again after a long pause, we want you to feel seen, supported, and welcomed.

This launch is only the beginning. In the weeks ahead, we’ll continue rolling out tools and resources designed to help you grow, serve, and stay connected—including a new mobile app and expanded ways to give, join groups, and engage with ministry.
