What if the greatest transformation isn't on the outside—but in the heart?
This summer, Community Baptist Church invites children to experience RESET: God Makes All Things New, an exciting, immersive Vacation Bible School taking place Monday, August 17 through Friday, August 21. Throughout the week, children will discover the incredible power of God's transforming love and learn what it means to be made new through Jesus Christ.
Inspired by Romans 12:2, this year's VBS teaches children that God doesn't simply give us a fresh start—He gives us a transformed life. Through Jesus Christ, He renews our minds, changes our hearts, and shapes us into the people He created us to be.
Throughout the week, children will journey through an action-packed world inspired by the excitement and wonder of transformation. Drawing creative inspiration from the iconic transformation made popular by the Transformers universe, every day will be filled with dynamic storytelling, engaging Bible lessons, high-energy worship, games, crafts, and hands-on activities that reinforce one powerful truth: God is always at work making us new.
As children explore God's Word, they'll discover that real transformation isn't about becoming someone else—it's about becoming who God created them to be. They'll learn how God restores what sin has broken, renews our minds through His truth, and transforms us from the inside out.
At RESET, transformation won't just be something children hear about—it will be woven throughout the entire experience. From the creative environment to every lesson and activity, they'll be reminded that God is continually working in our lives, revealing His purpose, His love, and His power to make all things new.
