Community Baptist Church invites you to Faith Over Fear, a free community cancer awareness carnival designed to educate, encourage, and empower individuals and families through health education, wellness resources, and the hope found in Christ.
Rooted in compassion and driven by community, Faith Over Fear transforms cancer awareness into an engaging, family-friendly experience where learning, support, and celebration come together. Whether you're a survivor, caregiver, currently facing a diagnosis, or simply passionate about supporting healthier communities, there's a place for you.

What to Expect
Faith Over Fear features interactive experiences designed for every age, including:
Health screenings and cancer prevention resources
Wellness education and community organizations
Survivor stories, prayer, and encouragement
Family games, inflatables, and children's activities
Food vendors and carnival treats
Wellness demonstrations and movement activities
A celebration honoring survivors, caregivers, and families impacted by cancer
Throughout the day, attendees will have opportunities to connect with healthcare professionals, local organizations, wellness experts, and members of the community in a welcoming and uplifting environment.

This year's event will highlight education and awareness surrounding several cancers that impact our community, including:

Blood Cancers (Leukemia, Lymphoma & Myeloma)
Skin Cancer

Pancreatic Cancer
Uterine, Ovarian & Cervical Cancers
Our goal is simple: increase awareness, encourage early detection, connect people with trusted resources, and remind every individual and family that they are not alone.

All are invited to support this Cancer Awareness Carnival through donations. Make a general donation or a Lavender Ribbon donation in honor of a survivor, someone battling cancer, or in memory of a loved one.
